mast lowering

I want to sail/motor up the river Severn to Worcester in the spring, but am thinking all the bridges may slow me down! I would be most gratful for any drawings or details of mast lowering frames. The yacht a Jag 24.The mast pivots on a stainless steel bolt on deck fitting.
