Used Boat Price Guide
My Used Boat Price Guide, compares the price of new boats and used boats together as well as common leisure costs to show you whether or not you want to buy a used boat or new boat. This is boat dinghies and yachts and I have chosen a selection of low range, mid range and high range boats to show a distinction and by how much the price can change by going down a level.
This will be very useful to all boat owners who are buying or selling or considering doing any of the above. This article should be used in conjunction with my article on
Used Boat Value, which will help you further decide on a price and whether or not you even want to sell.
I will be using the RS Boats for comparison in the dinghy section and the Beneteau Oceanis Yachts for comparison in the Yacht section. This page is a work in progress and some or all the information on this page are estimations and may not be true.
* All the used boats listed below will only have been used once and also this is an average figure that I have come up with (an estimation) so please do not use it as anything, but a comparison tool.

The used boat price is hard to come up with since it is an average of different prices across the internet. This should only be used as a rough guide to help you decide on bargains and scams. Make sure you do a huge search of the internet incoporating at least a dozen of well respected boating websites to make your choice.
Spend as much time as you need, since it could be one of the biggest investments you ever make. Don't make the wrong choice!
